Text Messaging to Employees
ActionTrac Employee Text Messaging is a very flexible solution for incorporating Text Messaging into your employee communications. ActionTrac can configure the Text solution to how a company needs to use the solution. - the application is highly configurable. The solution syncs to WFN which eliminates the need to manage any employees on the ActionTrac system.
SMS Employee Messaging

Send Texts to specific groups
ActionTrac enables you to filter/send text messages by department, location, job title, full time or part time, etc. For example, you can send a text message to your entire employee community or you can send a text message to a specific department or location. Depending on requirements you can send to specific shifts, company codes. or even create your own send groups. ActionTrac syncs to WFN so there is no need to manage employees (add, delete, modify) in the ActionTrac system.
